(KFSN) &#8212; A Kings County judge has been charged for a crash that killed a 63-year-old bicyclist in Hanford last year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">On Tuesday, California Attorney General Rob Bonta announced the misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence against Judge Kendra Weber.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The crash happened last September on Hanford Armona Road and 16th Avenue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The California Highway Patrol said a car, now known to have been driven by Judge Weber, collided with a bike.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Officers said the man on the bike, identified as Bryan Leroy Garcia, was not wearing a helmet. Weber stayed on scene following the crash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The complaint filed in the Kings County Superior Court alleges Judge Weber was driving &#8220;a vehicle in the commission of an unlawful act.&#8221; The complaint did not further elaborate what that unlawful act was.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Gov.
