Three California firefighters had their hands full with a tiny emergency after a kitten managed to wedge herself inside an entertainment center.<\/p>\n
Suki had been with her new family for just a few weeks when she crawled partway into an opening in the cabinet and found herself unable to get back out, according to the Ventura County Fire Department.<\/p>\n

Instagram\/venturacountyfire<\/p>\n They removed the A\/V equipment from the cabinet, gently lowered the entertainment center into a more workable position and carefully freed the trapped kitten.<\/p>\n Video of the rescue shows three firefighters fussing over the little feline as they work to get her out.<\/p>\n Suki emerged without any apparent injuries and was returned to her relieved family, the department said.<\/p>\n The rescue has already become a viral hit.<\/p>\n \u201cI am now gonna go to ventura and get my head stuck in a entertainment center,\u201d another commenter wrote. Instagram\/venturacountyfire<\/p>\n The same video was posted to TikTok earlier this week and has racked up more than 7 million views, according to the fire department.<\/p>\n And commenters had plenty to say about the unusual rescue.<\/p>\n One person recalled having to call firefighters at midnight after their cat became trapped behind a water heater.<\/p>\n \u201cI am now gonna go to ventura and get my head stuck in a entertainment center,\u201d another commenter wrote.<\/p>\n Ventura County Fire Department Engine 50 firefighters responded to the animal-in-distress call.
