Caltrans District 3                                                                                        <\/p>\n<p>The work zone will have a 55 mph speed limit.<\/p>\n<p>Motorists should expect delays and allow additional travel time, according to Caltrans District 3.<\/p>\n<p>During the 59-hour construction window, Caltrans is urging northbound drivers to avoid the interstate and use Highway 99.
