Cal State Fullerton\u2019s Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning shares new data on Fullerton Forward, the university\u2019s strategic plan \u2014 highlighting the campus community\u2019s achievements and progress during the second year of implementation, 2025-26.<\/p>\n

Highlights from the 2025-26 reporting period include:<\/p>\n

Overall progress:<\/p>\n

214 total outcomes were reported<\/p>\n

96% of outcomes are currently on track<\/p>\n

47% of outcomes have been assessed and met (i.e., whether an outcome is considered achieved by comparing the assessment data against the criteria or benchmarks for success pre-determined by the unit)<\/p>\n

Progress by goal (% of outcomes on track):<\/p>\n

Goal 1- Enhance Support for Student Access, Learning, and Academic Success: 95%<\/p>\n

Goal 2- Foster Student Engagement and Well-Being: 97%<\/p>\n

Goal 3- Recruit, Develop, and Retain High-Quality Faculty and Staff: 95%<\/p>\n

Goal 4- Expand and Strengthen Physical and Financial Capacity and Community Relations: 98%<\/p>\n

Goal 5- Innovate and Improve Campus Operations: 100%<\/p>\n
