The Sacramento County Coroner\u2019s Office is asking for the public\u2019s help to identify a man found dead in the American River Sept. 13.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He is believed to be between 20 and 40 years old and was wearing \u201cclothing consistent with active gear,\u201d according to the corner\u2019s office, adding that he is either Hispanic or Asian, possibly of mixed race. He has brown eyes and black hair and no identifying marks, scars or tattoos.<\/p>\n
He is 5 ft. 7 in. and 175 pounds and has a black mustache and beard.<\/p>\n
No identifying documents were found and his fingerprints yielded no results, according to the coroner\u2019s office statement.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
