The Offspring,<\/a> Circle Jerks<\/a> and Adolescents are among the Southern California punk bands coming together for a benefit concert for T.S.O.L. founding bassist Mike Roche, who has been battling Parkinson\u2019s disease.<\/p>\n

The all-ages benefit will take place Saturday, Nov. 7, at Garden Amp in Garden Grove<\/a>, with Guttermouth, Death By Stereo, Love Canal, The Mainliners and Dissension also on the lineup. The show begins at 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Roche co-founded T.S.O.L. in the late 1970s and remained with the group as its lineup and sound evolved throughout the 1980s.<\/p>\n

The benefit will also include a special performance from Change Today, which reunites T.S.O.L. guitarist Ron Emory and former vocalist Joe Wood to revisit music from the band\u2019s 1984 album \u201cChange Today?\u201d Roche played bass on the record, which featured songs including \u201cBlackmagic,\u201d \u201cFlowers by the Door,\u201d \u201cRed Shadows\u201d and \u201cAmerican Zone.\u201d<\/p>\n

The concert was organized to raise money for Roche\u2019s care and quality of life as he continues living with Parkinson\u2019s disease. According to organizers, 100% of proceeds from the event will go directly to Roche. Artist Shepard Fairey is also creating a one-off concert poster that will be available at the show, while Garden Amp donated the venue for the benefit.<\/p>\n
