CHENEY, Wash. \u2013 The Cal State Bakersfield volleyball team battled Nevada to five sets Saturday, ultimately falling to the Wolf Pack, 3-2 (20-25, 23-25, 25-21, 25-16, 15-13). The `Runners held a 2-0 lead before Nevada rallied to force a decisive fifth set.<\/p>\n

CSUB opened the match with back-to-back set victories, taking the first set 25-20 before edging Nevada 25-23 in the second.<\/p>\n

Nevada responded by taking the third set 25-21 and fourth set 25-16, forcing a fifth set.<\/p>\n

The `Runners battled Nevada down to the final points in the deciding set, but the Wolf Pack secured the 15-13 victory.<\/p>\n
