BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) \u2014 The Park Center at Seven Oaks is now pre-leasing with the first residents scheduled to move in on Nov. 1. <\/p>\n
17 News got a sneak peak into the largest apartment community built in Bakersfield this week. <\/p>\n
Park Center at Seven Oaks is located in the area of White Lane and Allen Road and will feature over 500 luxury units. <\/p>\n
Park Center sits right along a three-mile trail that runs through Seven Oaks, and a pedestrian bridge is planned to carry that trail over South Allen Road and directly into Westbridge \u2014 connecting the new neighborhood to the rest of the community.<\/p>\n
Westbridge is also bringing single-family homes, a longtime local church relocating to the community, a future school, park, and more.<\/p>\n
\u201cPark Center is gonna have the biggest swimming pool, the biggest spa, the biggest clubhouse social lounge, it\u2019s really something that fits everybody\u2019s needs,\u201d said Hannah Pylman, community manager. \u201cWhen we build the second phase we\u2019re eventually going to have two swimming pools, two clubhouses, it\u2019s gonna fit everyone\u2019s needs \u2014 we do have monthly resident events to keep everybody engaged, its the best networking community that\u2019s going to be here right in Bakersfield.<\/p>\n
