Services include diabetes and blood pressure screenings, health and wellness assessments, referrals and flu vaccinations at most locations.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/chhs.fresnostate.edu\/nursing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">School of Nursing<\/a>, the program provides nursing students with hands-on clinical experience while expanding healthcare access in local communities. Students provide services under the supervision of nursing faculty.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, Fresno State unveiled two new mobile health vehicles, each equipped with advanced technology designed to enhance patient care and provide additional learning opportunities for nursing students.<\/p>\n<p>New and returning stops this fall include:<\/p>\n<p>Kings County Community Wellness Resource Event \u2014 Sept. 24 in Corcoran.<\/p>\n<p>Malaga Fiesta Day \u2014 Sept. 26 in Fresno.<\/p>\n<p>Salt + Light Cultivating Community \u2014 select Thursdays in Visalia.<\/p>\n<p>Cherry Avenue Auction \u2014 select Tuesdays in Fresno.<\/p>\n<p>Fresno Flea Market \u2014 select Sundays in Fresno.<\/p>\n<p>View the full schedule on the School of Nursing<a href=\"https:\/\/chhs.fresnostate.edu\/nursing\/clinical-education\/mobile-health-unit.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"> website<\/a>.
