Bakersfield made the biggest jump in The Fresno Bee\u2019s high school football rankings this week, climbing five spots from No. 12 to No. 7 after defeating Tulare Union 49-27.<\/p>\n

The loss dropped the Tribe from No. 8 to No. 12.<\/p>\n

Hanford and Kingsburg also moved up one spot after victories, with Hanford going from No. 9 to No. 8 and Kingsburg moving from No. 10 to No. 9.<\/p>\n

Those weren\u2019t the only changes near the top.<\/p>\n

Tulare Western moved up two spots to No. 11 after a thrilling 41-38 victory over Shafter. The Generals dropped two spots to No. 13. Kennedy fell three spots to No. 10 after losing to Bakersfield Christian 26-7.<\/p>\n

Kerman made one of the biggest moves outside the top 10, climbing three spots to No. 21 after shutting out Central 53-0.<\/p>\n

Immanuel moved up one spot to No. 19 after defeating Edison 29-8, while Clovis moved up one spot to No. 20 following a 41-14 victory over Bullard.<\/p>\n

There were also changes at the bottom of the rankings.<\/p>\n

Clovis North fell three spots to No. 22 after losing to San Ramon Valley 42-7, while Sanger dropped one spot to No. 24 following its 35-34 overtime loss to Buchanan.<\/p>\n

Clovis East made its debut at No. 25 after defeating Frontier 34-20. Bullard dropped out.<\/p>\n
