Snell\u2019s leadership and stewardship has been the driving force of performance improvement, generating 20% sales growth and 5% operational efficiency, enabling Goodwill to increase the funding of its mission-based career training and job placement to 10,000 individuals in need in the community.<\/p>\n<p>Snell\u2019s drive and passion for the mission enabled her to achieve these results despite growing competition, increasing labor rates and falling market prices.
