They were last seen in the 6900 block of Wagon Wheel Way near the Florin area around 1 p.m. on Sunday. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">Police said James is at-risk due to a mental health condition and her son is also at-risk due to his age. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">James is described by police as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 146 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing cheetah print pajamas. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"4\">Keola is described as 2 feet, 10 inches tall, 40 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing brown pajamas with fire trucks on them. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"5\">Anyone who knows their whereabouts is urged to contact the Sacramento Police Department at 916-808-5471. <\/p>\n<p>This content is imported from x.
