Burke Lecture in Philosophy, Religion, and Society.<\/p>\n<p>It will be at 7:00 p.m. on Oct. 29 at the OU Center banquet room A.<\/p>\n<p>Arguments have been made that environmental problems such as climate change cannot be resolved within the framework of a market economy.
