According to police, both missing people are considered at-risk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">James is considered at risk because of a mental health condition, and Keola is at risk because of his age.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">James is roughly 146 pounds and 5 feet 5 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. Keola is roughly 40 pounds and 2 feet 10 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">When last seen, James wore cheetah-print pajamas and Keola wore brown pajamas with a fire truck pattern.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Anyone with information on the mother&#8217;s or son&#8217;s whereabouts is urged to call the Sacramento Police Department at 916-808-5471.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
