(KFSN) &#8212; The man killed in a shooting in Northeast Fresno on Thursday night has been identified as 25-year-old Muhammad Muhtaraam-Conley.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">EDITOR&#8217;S NOTE: The video above is from a previous broadcast and will be updated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Fresno police say that just after 10:30 p.m., they responded to a ShotSpotter notification at the Bulldog Liquor Store on Shaw Avenue and Fresno Street.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">As police headed to the location, they were told there may be a victim.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">When they arrived, they found Muhtaraam-Conley in the parking lot with a gunshot wound to his upper body.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Emergency medical services and officers provided life-saving measures to Muhtaraam-Conley, and he was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Investigators say a fight had broken out before the shooting began.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Authorities are reviewing surveillance videos from the surrounding neighborhood to help with the investigation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Police have made no arrests and no suspect information has been provided.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Anyone who may have witnessed or may have information regarding the shooting is asked to contact the Fresno Police Department or Crime Stoppers.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2026 KFSN-TV.
