The project will replace a vacant lot with two detached modular houses. <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/neighborhoods\/concord\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Concord<\/a>-based Rore Modular Technologies by <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/roof-and-realm\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Roof and Realm<\/a> is responsible for the application.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48050\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1531-Jerrold-Avenue-floor-plans-illustration-by-Roof-and-Realm.jpg\" alt=\"1531 Jerrold Avenue floor plans, illustration by Roof and Realm\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1190\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">1531 Jerrold Avenue floor plans, illustration by Roof and Realm<\/p>\n<p>Both structures will rise 24 feet tall, yielding around 2,000 square feet with two bedrooms and a single-car garage. Each house will occupy just half of the parcel, leaving the rear yard as open space. Each house will be composed of eight modular components.<\/p>\n<p>Roof and Realm is responsible for the design. Public records show the property is under contract to sell for around $325,000.
