1 minute<\/p>\n<p>The San Diego County Registrar of\u00a0Voters is\u00a0mailing\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdvote.com\/content\/rov\/en\/sample-ballot-info-lookup.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">voter\u00a0information pamphlets<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0more than\u00a02 million registered voters for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdvote.com\/content\/rov\/en\/elections\/election-information.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Nov. 3 Gubernatorial General Election<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Each\u00a0pamphlet\u00a0includes\u00a0voting options, key\u00a0election deadlines, official drop box and vote center locations, candidate statements, ballot\u00a0measures\u00a0and a\u00a0sample ballot.<\/p>\n<p>A list of official\u00a0ballot\u00a0drop boxes and\u00a0vote\u00a0center locations\u00a0is\u00a0available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdvote.com\/content\/rov\/en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">sdvote.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This\u00a0election\u2019s\u00a0ballot card\u00a0has\u00a0two pages, front and back.\u00a0Voters\u00a0can\u00a0choose which\u00a0contests to vote on.<\/p>\n<p>Ballots will\u00a0start\u00a0arriving\u00a0the week of Oct. 5, giving voters\u00a0nearly\u00a0a\u00a0month to mark and return their ballot before\u00a0the final day of voting on Nov. 3.<\/p>\n<p>Electronic Pamphlets<\/p>\n<p>Voters\u00a0who\u00a0signed up\u00a0to\u00a0get\u00a0electronic delivery\u00a0should have already received an email\u00a0with a direct link to their pamphlet.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone\u00a0who wants\u00a0to\u00a0receive\u00a0future\u00a0pamphlets\u00a0electronically\u00a0can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdvote.com\/content\/rov\/en\/elections\/esample-ballot.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">sign up\u00a0<\/a>at sdvote.com.\u00a0Those who choose this\u00a0option\u00a0will no longer receive a paper copy by mail and will instead get an email\u00a0with a direct link\u00a0when the pamphlet is posted online.<\/p>\n<p>How to\u00a0Return Mail Ballots<\/p>\n<p>Every active registered voter will receive a ballot by mail\u00a0and\u00a0can return it in one of three ways:<\/p>\n<p>By mail, with no\u00a0postage\u00a0required<br \/>\nAt an official Registrar\u2019s ballot drop box, available\u00a0Oct.\u00a04\u00a0through\u00a0Nov. 3<br \/>\nAt any vote center<\/p>\n<p>Registrar\u00a0of Voters\u00a0Office<\/p>\n<p>In-person voting\u00a0begins\u00a0Monday,\u00a0Oct. 5, at the Registrar of Voters office\u00a0at\u00a05600 Overland Ave.\u00a0in Kearney Mesa.\u00a0The office is open from\u00a08 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Vote Centers<\/p>\n<p>Vote center\u00a0locations\u00a0open in phases to support early voting and shorter lines.<\/p>\n<p>Oct. 24: Select\u00a0vote\u00a0centers open daily, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.<br \/>\nOct. 31: All vote centers open daily, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.<br \/>\nNov. 3: Final day of voting: All\u00a0vote\u00a0centers, official ballot\u00a0drop\u00a0boxes and the Registrar\u2019s office\u00a0are\u00a0open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>For more\u00a0information, visit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdvote.com\/content\/rov\/en.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">sdvote.com<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0call\u00a0858-565-5800\u00a0or toll-free\u00a0800-696-0136.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Reading Time: &lt;
