Fox News personality Kat Timpf<\/a> unveiled a secret to fans at her comedy show over the weekend.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, the late-night \u201cGutfeld!\u201d co-host shared a clip on Instagram in which she surprised the audience with a twirl and lift of her blouse, revealing a pregnant belly. <\/p>\n

\u201cAre you guys surprised?\u201d she asked. \u201cSo was I.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI shouldn\u2019t have been, though, because I\u2019m married to a veteran, and the Army always does seem to take a while to pull out of something,\u201d she joked. \u201cWhat he said would be a quick little excursion is looking more like an 18-year commitment.\u201d<\/p>\n

The announcement follows an intense couple of years for the stand-up comedian-turned-Fox favorite. In February 2025, Timpf welcomed her first child, a baby boy. Hours before she went into labor, she was diagnosed with what she called<\/a> \u201ca little bit\u201d of breast cancer. <\/p>\n

The \u201clittle bit\u201d she referred to was ductal carcinoma in situ: a \u201cpreinvasive\u201d cancer that causes growth of cancer cells inside a milk duct in the breast, but the cancer cells haven\u2019t yet spread to breast tissue, according to the Mayo Clinic. <\/p>\n

In March 2025, she underwent a double mastectomy, calling the decision one of the hardest she\u2019s ever made.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe first six weeks of my son\u2019s life, I wasn\u2019t sure exactly what my prognosis was,\u201d she later told People<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s scary, but it\u2019s empowering,\u201d she continued. \u201cLosing your breasts forever is devastating, especially when you just gave birth and everyone asks you about breastfeeding. It\u2019s heartbreaking. But I keep reminding myself that I chose this over the alternative. Because the alternative would\u2019ve been much worse for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Timpf, whom the New York Times called \u201cthe most-watched woman in late-night television,\u201d shared her breast cancer journey on social media, podcasts and through appearances<\/a> on \u201cGutfeld!\u201d <\/p>\n

A year ago, she told the New York Times that she\u2019s been through a lot, but being candid about the trauma has given her purpose. <\/p>\n

\u201cIf one woman is less embarrassed about her own mastectomy, that\u2019s a win,\u201d she said<\/a>. <\/p>\n

At the time of the interview, Timpf had recently undergone reconstructive surgery, replacing tissue expanders placed during the masectomy with breast implants. In December, she shared<\/a> on Instagram that her colleague Jennifer Griffin had taken her to get her first tattoo: nipples. <\/p>\n

In her recent stand-up appearance at an Orange County-area Improv, she told the audience that she\u2019s welcoming her second child with \u201csuch a great guy.\u201d Her husband, Cameron Friscia, is a former Army Ranger who served in Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division. Now he works in finance. <\/p>\n

\u201cMy birthday is coming up next month, and I told him, I said, \u2018Babe, you don\u2019t even have to get me anything. Better yet, get yourself something. A vasectomy. I\u2019ve had enough surgery. It\u2019s someone else\u2019s f\u2014 turn.\u2019\u201d <\/p>\n
