Sacramento police warn of road closures for Urban Cow Half Marathon<\/p>\n

Sacramento police are cautioning drivers in the Land Park area about road closures<\/a> Sunday morning to protect runners participating in the Urban Cow Half Marathon. <\/p>\n

The closures will be divided into five zones, starting as early as 7:30 a.m. in some areas and lasting until 11:30 a.m. in others. <\/p>\n

The Urban Cow 5K took place on Saturday and the half marathon begins at William Land Park. <\/p>\n

Runners will follow a course that extends from the park to the Old Sacramento Waterfront and back along the Sacramento River.<\/p>\n
