The project seeks to replace a long-vacant parcel with 18 residential units. Campbell-based Dan Mountsier of Pinion Property Company is responsible for the application.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Emory-Street-Townhomes-illustration-by-Dahlin-Group.jpg\" alt=\"Emory Street Townhomes, illustration by Dahlin Group\" width=\"1500\" height=\"921\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Emory Street Townhomes, illustration by Dahlin Group<\/p>\n<p>The complex will produce 18 three-story townhomes across five structures. The campus will include 7,400 square feet of common open space, including a private paseo area and setback landscaping. According to the Initial Study, the property has been vacant since 1965. The <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/dahlin-group\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dahlin Group<\/a> is responsible for the design.<\/p>\n<p>The roughly one-acre property is located at the corner of The Alameda and Emory Street. The property is just a few blocks away from the Bellarmine College Preparatory campus and the limited-service College Park Caltrain Station.<\/p>\n<p>Construction is expected to last around 18 months from groundbreaking to completion.
