Placentia Ave., Fullerton, which was ordered closed Sept. 24 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen Sept. 30.<\/p>\n<p>Pho Noodle House at 646 N. Rose Drive, Placentia, which was ordered closed Sept. 23 because of a rodent infestation, was allowed to reopen Sept. 26.<\/p>\n<p>Thai Del Mar at 2754 E. Coast Highway, Newport Beach, which was ordered closed Sept. 22 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen Sept. 29.<\/p>\n<p>This list is published weekly with closures since the previous week\u2019s list.
