(FOX26) \u2014 A man and a woman were killed after a shooting occurred in Alameda County on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Oakland and Berkley Police officers responded to a shooting that occurred in the 400 block of Panoramic Way at around 10:45 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>When they arrived, they found a man and a woman approximately in their 60s suffering from gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n<p>Officers provided lifesaving measures until paramedics arrived, but both victims died at the scene. <\/p>\n<p>A firearm was recovered at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>OPD\u2019s Homicide Division is conducting a follow-up investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths.<\/p>\n<p>The victims\u2019 identities were being withheld pending notification of next of kin.<\/p>\n<p>[RELATED] <a href=\"https:\/\/kmph.com\/news\/local\/after-57-years-teen-victim-gets-her-name-back-joanne-yvonne-burdick\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">After 57 years, teen victim gets her name back: Joanne Yvonne Burdick<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is an ongoing investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information can contact the Oakland Police Department at (510) 238-3821.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"ALAMEDA COUNTY, Calif.
