Robertson Boulevard<\/a>, is proposed by OHR Hamet, Inc. Plans call for the new construction of an eight-story building featuring 79 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with approximately 12,187 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and parking for 89 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Requested entitlements include density bonus incentives to permit the construction of a larger building than otherwise allowed by zoning rules. In exchange, 12 of the apartments must be set aside for <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/post\/here-are-californias-affordable-housing-income-limits-2026\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">moderate- and very low-income<\/a> households.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/tags\/gabbay-architects\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gabbay Architects<\/a> is designing 177 Robertson, which is depicted in a rendering as a contemporary podium-type building wrapped with cantilevered balconies. Plans also call for a terrace deck overlooking Robertson along the top floor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"image-and-caption\">\n<a class=\"fancybox\" href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/1140w\/public\/2026-10\/177%20s%20robertson%20blvd%20map.jpg?itok=D2bP5OQ4\" rel=\"article-image-set nofollow noopener\" title=\"Google Maps\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"image-950w article-inline-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/177 s robertson blvd map.jpg\" width=\"950\"\/><\/a><br \/>\n177 S.
