In his position as a principal consultant, Woodhead specializes in Sage 100 business systems and has become an enthusiastic advocate for the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in both business and volunteer organizations, according to a news release. Woodhead is a longtime member of the Optimist International service organization and is an active leader in the California South Optimist International District that directly serves the population of the greater San Diego area.

Woodhead’s presentation will focus on a practical look at Artificial Intelligence and how volunteer members and clubs can effectively use today’s AI tools. He will provide examples of uses of Artificial Intelligence for creating emails, newsletters and announcements, developing ideas for club programs and fundraisers, summarizing information and making everyday club projects easier. Importantly, he will also discuss AI scams and some of the things everyone should be watching for as this technology becomes more widespread, the news release stated.
