Carson St. in Lakewood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Texas-based developer <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/tags\/jpi\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">JPI <\/a>is rolling out plans for yet another Southern California apartment complex.<\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s latest project, approved recently by the City of Lakewood, would rise from a nearly five-acre property at 3200 E. Carson Street, replacing a 1980s office building. Plans call for the construction of a five-story structure including 388 residential units.
