Board Chair Terra Lawson-Remer\u2019s three-item speaking limit doesn\u2019t go far enough. Let members of the public speak at the podium once a month. Invite the frequent flyers to exercise their First Amendment rights by submitting their comments in writing. The agendas are published beforehand. It is not protecting First Amendment rights to allow 10 speakers to hog 44% of the public comments.
