The Seattle Seahawks face the 49ers on October 11 at Lumen Field as part of Week 5 of the 2026 NFL season. Kickoff is set for 1:25 p.m. PT. Here’s what local and national media are predicting:

Mike Florio, NBC Sports: Seahawks 21, 49ers 17

“The Seahawks can’t afford to fall two games behind the 49ers. And Seattle vividly remembers losing at home to San Francisco last year.”

Vic Tafur, The Athletic: 49ers

“The hungover Seahawks have a lot they’re still trying to figure out — they tried to sign Joe Mixon until they remembered about the physical — while the 49ers are footloose and carefree despite a staggering number of injuries again. They have a lot of new (and old) pieces that weren’t on hand for last year’s playoff massacre in Seattle. Mike Evans, Deebo Samuel, Dre Greenlaw and Osa Odighizuwa do enough to get the win (or a 3-point loss and a push).”

Pete Prisco, CBS Sports: Seahawks 28, 49ers 21

“This is an enormous division game that will be a physical war, as they always are between these two. The 49ers are undefeated, but this is a tough road test. The Seahawks are the healthier team, but the 49ers have played better. The 49ers have played well in Seattle, but I think the Seattle defense will come up big late to win it.”

Pamela Maldonado, EPSN: Seahawks 23, 49ers 20

Eric Moody, EPSN: Seahawks 26, 49ers 23

Seth Walder, EPSN: Seahawks 26, 49ers 23

Jeremy Bergman, NFL.com: Seahawks 17, 49ers 13

Brooke Cersosimo, NFL.com: 49ers, 26, Seahawks 23

Gennaro Filice, NFL.com: Seahawks 27, 49ers 19

Bobby Kownack, NFL.com: Seahawks 28, 49ers 27
