The city urged drivers to avoid the area while crews responded.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The National Weather Service warned that coastal flooding could continue through the weekend. A flood warning is in effect for Orange and San Diego county beaches through Sunday, followed by an advisory through Tuesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The heat wave is also giving way to cooler weather and a chance of rain.
