{"id":492281,"date":"2026-10-11T05:04:11","date_gmt":"2026-10-11T05:04:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/492281\/"},"modified":"2026-10-11T05:04:11","modified_gmt":"2026-10-11T05:04:11","slug":"lapd-detectives-seek-help-finding-2-hit-and-run-drivers-who-killed-e-scooter-rider","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/492281\/","title":{"rendered":"LAPD detectives seek help finding 2 hit-and-run drivers who killed e-scooter rider"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los Angeles police are seeking public help in locating two hit-and-run drivers who allegedly struck and killed a man riding an electric scooter in the Green Meadows neighborhood on Friday night.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/LAPDPIO\/status\/2109038179269722276\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">news release<\/a>, LAPD detectives said the crash happened at around 9:45 p.m. when a man in his 30s riding an e-scooter crossed Broadway in the crosswalk.
