The Jackrabbits have outscored league opponents 99-0.

Senior running back Jeron Johnson II led the way with four touchdowns, including three rushing.

“We were overly focused,” said Johnson, who had 104 yards of total offense, including 80 rushing yards on six carries. “We had a chip on our shoulder. We had a rough preseason. People doubted us. We got our whole team back. We’re back as one. The unity was strong. I have to congratulate my coaches, my team, my line.”

Long Beach Poly senior running back Jeron Johnson II scored four touchdowns in his team’s dominant 44-0 win against rival Wilson at Cabrillo High Saturday night.

Johnson final three carries of the game all went for touchdowns in the second half. pic.twitter.com/DpYauSdEeq

— John W.
