OAKLAND, Calif. – Charges have been filed in the case of a reality TV personality who was shot and killed in downtown Oakland over the weekend<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n Sister has been charged\u00a0 <\/p>\n The Oakland Police Department<\/a> says Mackayla Paige, 29, known as \u2018Kash\u2019, was charged by the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office with involuntary manslaughter in the early Sunday morning shooting near 14th and Harrison streets.
