A woman accused of fatally shooting another woman at a Fresno house party appeared in court Tuesday as a judge considers whether there is enough evidence for the case to move forwa<\/p>\n

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A woman accused of fatally shooting another woman at a Fresno house party appeared in court Tuesday as a judge considers whether there is enough evidence for the case to move forward.<\/p>\n

24-year-old Nemadia Knuckles is accused of shooting and killing 26-year-old Marione Tsegay in August.<\/p>\n

Investigators believe an argument between Tsegay and Knuckles escalated and ended in gunfire at the party.<\/p>\n

Knuckles appeared in court Tuesday in connection with the case. A judge is expected to decide whether there is sufficient evidence to proceed with the charges against her.<\/p>\n

Knuckles has pleaded not guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n
