(Atlanta News First) \u2014 Police are investigating early Thursday after a man was shot outside a gas station in Oakland City the night before.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officers responded to a shooting at 1117 Lee St. SW, the address of a Texaco gas station, about 10 p.m. Wednesday and learned the victim had already been taken to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Once at the hospital, officers found the man with a gunshot wound. He was alert, conscious and breathing, police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Investigators found several shell casings at the scene. Police have not released any information about a suspect or motive at this time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">This is a developing story.
