Doors open at 3 p.m. and the event begins at 4:30 p.m. Learn more here<\/a>. <\/p>\n CDM 2026 at Cal Expo <\/p>\n A one-day Punjabi music festival is coming to Sacramento on Saturday. According to Cal Expo, CDM is the largest Punjabi music festival in the U.S. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and will feature Nav, Prem Dhillon, Sunny Malton and more. Learn more here. <\/a><\/p>\n Artazan in Sacramento<\/p>\n The Sacramento art scene will be on full display this weekend for Artazan, a three-day celebration of handcraft featuring more than 200 artists, makers and independent studios. The event is runs Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Scottish Rite Center at 6151 H Street in Sacramento. Admission is $8. Parking is free. Tailgating begins at 3 p.m. and the game kicks off at 7 p.m. A fireworks show is planned after the game. Find tickets here.<\/a> <\/p>\n Fairytale Town “Safe and Super” Halloween <\/p>\n Fairytale Town in Sacramento is celebrating its 40th annual “Safe and Super” Halloween event with a circus theme, running this weekend and next. <\/p>\n The amusement park has been decorated to match the circus theme, and guests can trick-or-treat at 16 spots around the park. Visitors will also encounter colorful characters, carnival games, and Halloween surprises. <\/p>\n The event takes place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. HangTime Music Festival is running at El Dorado County Fairgrounds from Oct. 16-18 and tickets are still available<\/a>. Leftover Salmon, The Devil Makes Three and Elephant Revival are all headlining acts, with nearly 20 other bands rounding out the weekend lineup. <\/p>\n San Joaquin County<\/p>\n Stockton Thunder Home Opener<\/p>\n The Stockton Thunder\u2019s home opener on Saturday is drawing fans from near and far, boosting ticket sales, hotel bookings and local businesses. More than 3,000 tickets have already been sold for Saturday’s game, and more fans are expected to purchase tickets at the box office on game day.
