Each duck takes hours to prep from massaging in the honey marinade, to drying out the duck skin overnight, to roasting. You can spot golden, roasted ducks hanging by their neck and catch Lawan Bhanduram, also known as Auntie Ord, puttering around the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\">Everyone knows about Thai iced tea but I recommend the sweetened chrysanthemum tea, which is floral, caffeine-free, and operates as a salve when eating spicy dishes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\">This is a small operation and the duck does run out by the end of the day.
