(KFSN) &#8212; A vacant home caught fire Wednesday morning, causing street closures in the area, according to Fresno County Fire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Crews were called around 7 a.m. to the blaze on Manning Avenue near Bethel Avenue, west of Parlier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">When firefighters arrived, they discovered that the flames had started at the back of the house and quickly spread, engulfing the structure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">On Monday, a smaller structure on the same property had caught fire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The California Highway Patrol closed both lanes of Manning Ave. between Del Rey and Bethel avenues due to the incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The Selma Fire Department assisted, bringing the total response to 20 personnel, six fire engines, and two water tankers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">About a quarter of the home has fire and smoke damage. Crews are expected to remain on the scene for several more hours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">The cause of both fires is under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2025 KFSN-TV.
