From luxury purchases and gambling to buying vehicles, financial regrets can leave Americans feeling anxious about their money and uncertain about their financial future.<\/p>\n
Personal finance expert Kimberly Palmer joins ARC Bakersfield to discuss why financial regret is so common and how people can avoid costly mistakes while building healthier financial habits.<\/p>\n
The survey also found that nearly a quarter of Americans think about their financial regrets at least once a week, while about 30 percent say checking their bank balance makes them anxious.<\/p>\n
