Manchester Avenue and S. Broadway, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. There, a driver turning westbound from a gas station on Manchester Avenue hit a pedestrian. The driver continued traveling until bystanders flagged him down and informed him that he struck a person.<\/p>\n<p>The driver then returned to the scene of the crash and stayed until paramedics arrived, but left before police officers got there. Authorities are now asking for help in finding the driver.<\/p>\n<p>A detailed description of the driver wasn\u2019t immediately available, but he was traveling in a gray, four-door sedan, LAPD said.<\/p>\n<p>Police identified the victim as a 66-year-old man whose name is being withheld pending family notification.<\/p>\n<p>A reward of up to $50,000 is offered to anyone who can provide information leading up to the driver\u2019s arrest. Those with information on the case are asked to contact LAPD\u2019s South Traffic Division at 323-421-2500.
