The restaurant\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/amberhazelvietnamesekitchen.toast.site\/\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a> points to its \u201caromatic\u201d pho and savory rice platters.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhether you\u2019re craving a comforting bowl of noodle soup, a quick lunch catch-up with friends, or a leisurely family dinner, our warm and inviting space is the perfect spot,\u201d said the online post. \u201cCome as you are, and leave with a satisfied heart, a full stomach, and a smile.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Vietnamese business replaced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacbee.com\/food-drink\/restaurants\/article253523284.html\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mochinut<\/a>, a popular Asian dessert spot famous for its mochi donuts. Mochinut closed in late 2026, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/mochinut-sacramento-8\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Yelp.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Amber Hazel serves three different types of pho: a beef pho, a veggie pho and a chicken. According to its online <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grubhub.com\/restaurant\/amber-hazel-vietnamese-kitchen-1714-15th-st-sacramento\/15601624\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">menu,<\/a> all use fresh ingredients and are priced at $19. Other main dishes include a banh mi, rice vermicelli, a broken rice plate with jasmine rice, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, picked daikon and carrots with fish sauce on the side.<\/p>\n<p>There is a full drink menu, with tea, coffee and matcha. Its specialty beverages are Vietnamese coffee, ube matcha, taro milk and egg coffee.<\/p>\n<p>For dessert, there\u2019s che, a type of Vietnamese dessert filled with fruit, jellies, beans and grains such as sweet potato or taro. Amber Hazel serves its che with mixed fruits, coconut, strawberries, fruit jelly and a coconut shaved iced.
