Sugar \u2018n Spice opened on the picturesque Balboa Island in 1945 and has gained a cult following for its frozen treats, including the iconic dipped banana, spumoni ice cream cake, frozen tiramisu dipped in chocolate, and a vanilla ice cream\u2013based Balboa bar. It also offers scoops of ice cream in flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and rocky road.
