She said it would be impossible.

“We continue to grow in California and we have lots of stores slotted for future cities in California. I’m also excited to go to other states. There’s definitely some earmarked.”

She said that opening restaurants in Tennessee and other states creates opportunities for employees, including “all stars” who visit new locations to help with their openings and sometimes transfer.

“We have our California people who are going to be here, and that’s obviously the majority … and we have a great team that’s going out there. And there’s a little more opportunity for people to buy houses out there.”

In-N-Out was founded by Snyder’s grandparents, Harry and Esther Snyder, in Baldwin Park. Its opening day was Oct. 22, 1948. The chain’s headquarters are in Irvine, but it has announced intentions to move out and return to the San Gabriel Valley. It has leased an office building in San Dimas.

The interview was taped in Baldwin Park, according to representatives, and was teased on the chain’s Instagram page.

Lynsi Snyder told Crews that her business decisions are based on family, wanting to keep the company the way it was run by her grandparents, late uncle Rich Snyder and late father Guy Snyder. She also talks about her In-N-Out family.

In-N-Out currently has 445 restaurants in 10 states. Its most recent opening was Oct. 9 in Stockton.

Crews discussed with Snyder how Christian faith guides her decisions, a theme that echoed an interview last April at Pepperdine University.

Crews asked her how she could grow a brand without losing its soul.

“If I ever felt we were slipping or losing our way, growth would look a lot different.”

Information: in-n-out.com

In-N-Out Burger remains committed to California, its leader said at the chain’s 78th anniversary. “This is where we…

[6
26882,7,9,8,5397,2462,137,611,580,420
post-508826","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-california","tag-baldwin-park","tag-california","tag-california-headlines","tag-california-news","tag-fast-food","tag-irvine","tag-los-angeles-county","tag-orange-county","tag-restaurants-food-and-drink","tag-things-to-do
["GET
