The new station expands light-rail access for the growing Railyards development, an urban infill project which includes new residential neighborhoods, retail and entertainment spots, a hospital campus and the future Major League Soccer stadium.<\/p>\n<p>The station is located on 7th Street and is served by the Green Line. Its opening brings SacRT&#8217;s total number of light-rail stations to 55. In September, SacRT <a href=\"https:\/\/www.progressiverailroading.com\/passenger_rail\/news\/Sacramento-Regional-Transit-marks-completion-of-Dos-Rios-light-rail-station--77783\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">opened the Dos Rios Station<\/a> on the Blue Line.
