LAHAINA, Hawai\u2018i – Dominic Lucchesi<\/a> and Keshav “KC” Mungali<\/a> each posted 2-under-par 69s in the second round to lead the San Jos\u00e9 State men\u2019s golf team through the second day of the Ka\u2018anapali Classic at the Ka\u2018anapali Royal Golf Course.<\/p>\n

The Spartans sit in 13th place with a team score of 21-over par following Monday’s action.<\/p>\n

Due to forecasted inclement weather, tournament officials adjusted the schedule, moving the opening round up a day. The field completed round one on Sunday before playing round two and the first nine holes of round three on Monday. The final nine holes will conclude Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n

Spartan Leaderboard<\/p>\n

Lucchesi: Shot a 2-under 69 in the second round featuring four birdies. He added two more birdies to stay even through the front nine of the third round, moving into a tie for 31st place at 2-over 178.
\nMungali: Fired a 2-under 69 with three birdies in round two. He sits tied for 37th place at 3-over 179 after carding a 1-over through nine holes in his third round.
\nNoah Scavo<\/a>: Posted a 1-over 72 with four birdies in the second round and held even through the start of his third round. He enters Tuesday tied for 68th place at 8-over 184.
\nRyan Pupach<\/a>: Recorded an even-par 71 with four birdies in round two. At 2-over through the first nine holes of round three, he is tied for 79th place at 10-over 186.
\nGrant Leary<\/a>: Carded a 1-over 72 with three birdies in the second round. He picked up three more birdies to sit at 3-over through nine holes of round three, tying him for 79th place at 10-over 186.
\nJoey Allan<\/a> (Ind.): Shot an 80 in round two before bouncing back with three birdies to go 1-over through nine holes of round three. He is tied for 114th place at 17-over 193.
\nJackson Lutz<\/a> (Ind.): Shot a 76 in the second round and sits at 9-over through nine holes of round three, putting him in a tie for 116th place at 18-over 195.<\/p>\n

UP NEXT: The Spartans will complete the final nine holes of the Ka\u2018anapali Classic on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
