{"id":509344,"date":"2026-10-27T09:23:01","date_gmt":"2026-10-27T09:23:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/509344\/"},"modified":"2026-10-27T09:23:01","modified_gmt":"2026-10-27T09:23:01","slug":"oakland-police-arrest-person-in-connection-with-oct-19-robbery-and-shooting-kion-central-coast-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/509344\/","title":{"rendered":"Oakland police arrest person in connection with Oct. 19 robbery and shooting \u2013 KION Central Coast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By Jose  Fabian<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oakland police on Monday said officers arrested someone in connection with an Oct. 19 robbery and shooting. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The person who was arrested was spotted by officers on Oct. 20 while they were patrolling near the 800 block of 71st Avenue on Oct. 20. <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/oaklandpoliceca\/posts\/pfbid0VddqAUQjWWeJCa9KmWrRmUpXN9zXGdzMfVydqn5bHh69D13UVxp6L1jRspeLt41Ql\">According to police<\/a>, the officers believed he matched the description of a suspect in the shooting and robbery. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The officers approached him, police said, but he began to run and tossed away a firearm.
