Apartment sizes will vary, with 60 studios, 112 one-bedrooms, and 72 two-bedrooms. Of the 269 units, 14 will be deed-restricted as affordable to very low-income households. The <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/the-guzzardo-partnership-inc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Guzzardo Partnership<\/a> is the landscape architect. The exteriors will be clad in cement plaster, board-and-batten siding, brick veneer, metal panels, and faux wood panels.<\/p>\n<p>Strada purchased the property from <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/alexandria-real-estate-equities\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Alexandria Real Estate Equities<\/a> in December 2025 for $29 million. Demolition is expected for the roughly 60,000-square-foot life sciences building.
