Human remains found in a field are presumed to be Lovett Moore, a blind and disabled man who went missing in June 2025.<\/p>\n

Sacramento City Councilmember Lisa Kaplan’s office told KCRA 3 that the remains are presumed to be Moore, but final forensic confirmation is still pending from the coroner’s office.<\/p>\n

Monday morning, the Sacramento Police Department was called to East Commerce Way and Tanzanite Avenue after the discovery of human remains in a field.<\/p>\n

It’s not far from where Moore, also known as “LJ,” was last seen at the Aisle 1 Fuel Station on Arena Boulevard. He was last seen on June 28, 2025.<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old was legally blind and disabled, according to this family, and he would regularly visit the gas station near the family’s home. <\/p>\n

Moore’s family suspected foul play in his disappearance, but police have not confirmed this in their investigation.<\/p>\n
