THIS IS LOOKING FROM WEST CAPITOL AVENUE UP AT THE WESTBOUND 80 TO EASTBOUND 50 CONNECTOR. AND YOU CAN SEE THERE THERE\u2019S AN OVERTURNED TRAILER. THERE WAS A BIG RIG VERSUS A CAR COLLISION THERE. AND THAT TRAILER IS BLOCKING THE RAMP. SO EASTBOUND 50 TRANSITION RAMP RIGHT NOW CLOSED AT WESTBOUND INTERSTATE 80. AND YOU CAN SEE SOME OF THE HEAVY DUTY TOW TRUCKS THERE FROM PM TRUCKING PULLING IN THERE TO WORK ON CLEARING THAT OUT OF THERE. SO HERE\u2019S A MAP OF WHERE THIS IS ALL HAPPENING RIGHT NOW. IT\u2019S ON THE TRANSITION RAMP TO EASTBOUND 50. THAT\u2019S WHY WE SEE PURPLE HERE. BUT IT IS BACKING UP ON WESTBOUND 80. AND THAT BACKUP NOW EXTENDING ACROSS THE SACRAMENTO RIVER WITH SPEEDS DOWN TO AROUND TEN MILES PER HOUR COMING INTO THAT AREA, YOU CAN STILL GET ON TO THE CAUSEWAY FROM THERE. YOU JUST CAN\u2019T GET ONTO EASTBOUND 50 FROM THAT LOCATION. WE\u2019VE ALSO GOT SOME SLOWING WESTBOUND 80 WITH A CRASH REPORTED NEAR GREENBACK. NOW IT\u2019S A VEHICLE OVER ONTO THE RIGHT HAND SHOULDER, WENT UP THE EMBANKMENT. AND THEN IF YOU\u2019RE CONTINUING THROUGH THE SPLIT AND ON TOWARDS RALEY BOULEVARD, THERE\u2019S A CRASH THERE. THEY\u2019VE GOT THE SLOW LANE BLOCKED. THEY\u2019VE MOVED EVERYTHING TO THE RIGHT SHOULDER. BUT ONE OF THE FOUR LANES STILL BLOCKED THERE. AND WE\u2019RE SEEING SPEEDS DOWN AROUND SEVEN MILES PER HOUR COMING INTO THE SPLIT NORTHBOUND 99 AT MACK ROAD. VERY SLOW. YOU CAN SEE THE SLOWING COMING UP FROM ELK GROVE INTO SACRAMENTO. THAT\u2019S A 29 MINUTE RIDE NOW 22 MINUTE RIDE ON I-5, BOTH IN THE READ 50 WESTBOUND IN THE YELLOW AT 26 MINUTES AND 80, IS A 28 MINUTE RID\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
