rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AMLI Residential <\/a>is hard at work at its latest Southern California development.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amli.com\/apartments\/southern-california\/brea-apartments\/amli-brea\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AMLI Brea<\/a>, a joint venture with mall owner Simon at 1650 Brea Mall, will consist of an eight-story, approximately 760,000-square-foot apartment complex featuring 377 residential units and parking.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/tags\/ao\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AO <\/a>is designing the contemporary mid-rise apartment complex, which is to include amenities such as a rooftop deck, a pool courtyard, a clubhouse and a fitness center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"image-and-caption\">\n<a class=\"fancybox\" href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/1140w\/public\/2026-09\/1650%20brea%20mall.jpg?itok=51EYqWdK\" rel=\"article-image-set nofollow noopener\" title=\"Google Maps\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"image-950w article-inline-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/1650 brea mall.jpg\" width=\"950\"\/><\/a><br \/>\n1650 Brea MallGoogle Maps<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kprsinc.com\/project-directory\/amli-brea\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">KPRS <\/a>is serving as the project&#8217;s general contractor.<\/p>\n<p>Completion of AMLI Brea is expected in 2029, according to a landing page on the AMLI website.<\/p>\n<p>AMLI&#8217;s other upcoming projects in the region include <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/post\/amli-residential-plans-975-new-homes-100-west-walnut-pasadena\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a proposed 975-unit apartment
