The next segment, dubbed Phase 1B, would produce 25 townhome condominiums. The carousel and sign would be relocated as part of this phase.<\/p>\n
Phase 2 would focus on rough grading and installation of underground utilities for three phases to follow.<\/p>\n
Phase 3 would feature the development of an assisted living building totaling 125,700 square feet. This building would include 50 senior independent living units and 110 beds.<\/p>\n
Phase 4 would produce a mixed-use building at the corner of Camden and Union avenues. This segment is slated to feature 305 apartments atop 51,000 square feet of shops and restaurant spaces on the ground floor. An entry plaza and courtyard would be part of this segment.<\/p>\n
Phase 5 would feature a 229-room hotel and 4,600 square feet of commercial spaces, the project plans show.<\/p>\n
