History
\nThe Wolf Pack has won 27 out of 53 games played against Sacramento State dating back to the 1971-72 season. Despite Nevada’s tight 27-26 series lead, The Pack has performed well in recent years, boasting a 12-game win streak over the Hornets, between 1997 and 2023. The streak was unfortunately snapped last year as Sacramento State bested Nevada 65-45. The Wolf Pack struggled to shoot, especially from beyond the arc, finishing the game with a field goal percentage of 36.2% and zero shots made from three. Sacramento State, on the other hand, shot 50%, with a three-point percentage of 26.1.
